Delivery Lead

But they’re not standing still. Continuously evolving and adapting, they’re now looking for an Delivery Lead who can help shape and steer delivery practices across a busy portfolio of projects. You'll play a key role in bringing visibility, structure, and predictability to the way initiatives are delivered - managing external dependencies, setting expectations with a wide group of stakeholders, and championing agile delivery metrics.

Salary: Up to £80k + excellent perks

Location: Onsite in central Manchester — UK-based only (no sponsorship)

What you’ll be doing:

• Working closely with senior leaders (including the Head of Tech Delivery and CTO), you'll ensure transparency and pace across the project landscape.
• Helping teams define and use delivery metrics that make progress measurable, and identifying where things need to shift.
• Supporting agile teams to establish and calibrate velocity, manage dependencies, and maintain clear communication around risks, decisions, and scope.
• Collaborating with product leads to ensure upcoming work is well-defined and broken down effectively for the team to deliver with confidence.

• Deep understanding of agile delivery frameworks and tools
• Strong grasp of backlog management, velocity forecasting, and stakeholder engagement
• Proven ability to create visual artefacts and metrics that drive transparency and performance
• Someone who thrives in ambiguity and can support teams through complex, evolving roadmaps
